RICHARD LASLEY
A native of Southern California was encouraged at an early age to become an artist. After attending Ventura College and the Art Center School of Los Angeles for Illustration and Design he worked as a freelance artist for many agencies in Los Angeles, New York and was a member of The Illustrator's Club of Los Angeles.
Lasley worked as a Production Illustrator and Storyboard Artist in many Hollywood featured movies such as "Poltergiest," "Back to the Future," "Karate Kid," "City Slickers" and many others.
Lasley's love of the Indian culture inspires him to draw and paint Indians of the Northwest and Southwest. He portrays the creative lifestyle of the many Indian Tribes that inhabited the Northwest Continent.
